After two weeks of consistent use you can have visible results. It all depends on your skin type and concern but we recommend daily use, in the morning and night for maximum results.


+ ARE THE PRODUCTS SAFE TO USE FOR ALL SKIN TYPES?

All of our products are safe to use for all skin types. They have been dermatologically tested and have passed all required safety testings. However, if you have a specific concern or allergy to a certain ingredient kindly consult your doctor prior to using the product.


+ WHEN DO THE PRODUCTS EXPIRE?

12 months after opening the product. We recommend storing your products in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.


+ ARE YOUR PRODUCTS NATURAL?

Yes. Novixlab products are manufactured with naturally derived ingredients, free from any chemicals.


+ DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN SOY OR GLUTEN?

No. Novixlab is a natural brand 100% free from parabens and sulfates.

Absolutely NOT. All of our products are cruelty free.


+ CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

+ HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

We’re sorry to hear you wish to return a product to us. Include your order confirmation number, the product(s) to be returned and the reason, and we will provide you with a returns number.
